badminton facilities.Our kiddy-slide and twin swing set does NOT have a
safety certifiate from a certified playground inspector..we
suggest parental supervision. We do not have a lifeguard at our beach.

housekeeping units can be arranged through the office.

offers a fully licensed dining room and deck. The dress code is
informal.
- Enjoy the
library, billiard room, cozy bar and sauna.

nature trails. but we recommend the trails at Arrowhead park.
- Rental of
aluminum fishing boats with motors can be arranged through the
nearby Mary Lake Marina. Beautiful safe
sandy shallow beach, with small boat docking facilities.

Guaranteed Reservations

Deposit Policy - For all units except the Chalet,
a deposit of 25% is required to guarantee reservations. The
amount will be credited to your account on your confirmed departure
date. Bookings for the Chalet made 6 months or less in advance
require
a deposit equivalent to one night's rate.

Cancellation & Refunds - In the event of
cancellation (excluding the Chalet), the deposit is refunded less a $25
administration fee, provided the cancellation has been received 21 days
prior to the guaranteed arrival date. If a cancellation is made
in less than 21 days prior to the arrival date, we shall endeavor to
re-rent the accommodation on your behalf. However, should we be
unable to do so, we regret it will be necessary to charge the full cost
of the guaranteed reservation. Chalet deposits are only refunded (minus
a $25 administration charge) if the cancellation is made 60 days before
the arrival date. No deposit refund will be made if the cancellation is
made 60 days or less prior to the arrival date UNLESS we are successful
in re-renting the Chalet for the same period. The $25 administration
charge will still apply.

Late arrivals, etc - No rate deductions will be made
for late arrivals, early departures, missed meals or loss of amenities
due to circumstances beyond our control (for example: inclement
weather, power outages, etc.).
